康達律師事務所香港分所受邀出席2019第七屆中日韓工商峰會

12月24日，2019第七屆中日韓工商峰會在蓉成功舉辦。國務院總理李克強、韓國總統文在寅、日本首相安倍晉三共同出席並致辭，峰會發佈了《第七屆中日韓工商峰會聯合聲明》。

The 7th China-Japan-ROK Business Summit in 2019 was successfully held in Chengdu on December 24^th. Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang, ROK President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, attended and addressed, the 7th China-Japan-Republic of Korea (ROK) Business Summit in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province, which released the Joint Statement of the 7th China-Japan-ROK Business Summit.

李克強指出“中國有不斷升級的超大規模市場，對優質商品和服務的需求進入快速增長階段，特別是在養老、健康、育幼等領域迫切需要增加服務供給。中日韓之間的務實合作始終持續推進，這符合三方共同利益和人民福祉。”

The Premier Li Keqiang said, “China has a huge and upgrading market, and the demand for high-quality goods and services has entered a stage of rapid growth, especially of which the urgent needs to increase the supply of elderly care, nursery and healthcare services. Pragmatic cooperation among the three countries have progressed over the past 20 years, which corresponds with the trilateral common interests and people's well-being.

會議認為：“三國GDP占全球GDP五分之一以上，對國際經濟秩序的發展有著重要的責任與義務。”

“Combined, the three countries account for over one-fifth of global GDP and they have important responsbilities and obligations to the development of the international trade order,” the meeting said.

“規則是理性建構的產物，善意帶來成功，因為善意是合作的基礎。”北京康達律師事務所香港分所主任、法學博士楊榮寬律師受邀出席本次峰會，與中日韓各方企業家進行了充分溝通交流。

“Rules are thee product of rational construction, and goodwill leads to success because goodwill is the foundation of coorperation.” Yang Rongkuan, the principal of Beijing Kangda (H.K.) Law Firm and Doctor of law, was invited to attend the summit and had full communication with entrepreneurs from China, Japan and the ROK.
